One shared inventory across the TPN network
On The Property Network (TPN), an agency's public website shows every listing it has co-broking access to across the network, not only the properties it owns outright, so agents can present a fuller inventory to clients without owning every listing themselves.
How it works
Every agency chooses a sharing mode for its public website. The default, "own and co-brokable", shows the agency's own listings plus any network listing whose owner has marked it available for co-broking. An agency can instead limit its site to "own listings only", or to its own listings plus specific partner agencies it has granted access to.
Built-in guardrails
- A minimum commission threshold can be set per partner or as an agency-wide default
- An agency can suppress any individual property from appearing on its own site even if it would otherwise qualify
- Search, listing pages, and autocomplete on an agency's site all apply the same sharing rule consistently
Coverage & limitations
This is a platform mechanism, not a fixed dataset — it applies to every property in the network that its owning agency has marked available for co-broking, subject to the sharing mode the viewing agency has chosen for its own site. It does not cover listings marked exclusive, or agencies whose sites are set to "own listings only".
