About TPN
Thailand's MLS and co-broking network — and who's behind it.
TPN — The Property Network — is an MLS and co-broking platform for real estate professionals in Thailand, operated by RealtyTable from Chiang Mai. Agencies and freelance agents share eligible listings across the network, generate leads through the BaanMe marketplace, and manage day-to-day operations through one multilingual CRM.
One system instead of three.
TPN — The Property Network — is an MLS and co-broking platform for real estate professionals in Thailand, headquartered in Chiang Mai. Built for agencies, brokerages, and freelance agents, TPN combines three tools that traditionally live in separate systems: a shared listing network where eligible inventory is made available to participating members under stated commission rules; a lead-generation pipeline powered by the BaanMe consumer marketplace; and a multilingual CRM for managing clients, contracts, and day-to-day operations. TPN supports Thai, English, and Chinese. The platform is operated by RealtyTable, which also runs the BaanMe consumer marketplace and a multi-tenant agent-website builder.
Shared listings, transparent commission, no cut for TPN.
TPN runs on subscriptions, not deal commissions — the network only works if agents trust what's on it.
- Shared inventory, agreed splits
- Any TPN member can mark a listing co-brokeable with an explicit commission split, and every other member can then show it to their own clients.
- One network code per deal
- Every co-brokeable property carries a unique network code, so the commission goes to the right introducing agent on every closed deal.
- Confirmed Available
- Listing agents refresh a Confirmed Available timestamp regularly, so co-broking agents always know what's actually still on the market.
- Verified agents only
- Every member submits ID and a selfie, and verifications are manually reviewed before full network access unlocks.
Built for agents and agencies, not property seekers.
TPN is a B2B agent-acquisition product. Buyers and renters belong on BaanMe, RealtyTable's consumer marketplace.
