Listing properties on TPN is simple. Once you've signed up and logged into your account, you'll find an easy-to-use interface where you can add new listings, including details, photos, and pricing information. Our onboarding process also allows for bulk import from your previous website.
No, TPN does not take a cut of your commissions. We operate on a subscription model, so once you've paid your subscription fee, all commissions from your sales or rentals are yours to keep.
TPN is unique because it's a collaborative network rather than just a listing platform. While traditional platforms simply display listings, TPN connects agents, allowing them to share and access a much larger pool of properties.
