TPN — The Property Network — is an MLS and co-broking platform for real estate professionals in Thailand, headquartered in Chiang Mai. Built for agencies, brokerages, and freelance agents, TPN combines three tools that traditionally live in separate systems: a shared listing network where eligible inventory is made available to participating members under stated commission rules; a lead-generation pipeline powered by the BaanMe consumer marketplace; and a multilingual CRM for managing clients, contracts, and day-to-day operations. TPN supports Thai, English, and Chinese. The platform is operated by RealtyTable, which also runs the BaanMe consumer marketplace and a multi-tenant agent-website builder.
