Three new free tools: commission calculator, co-agent checklist and viewing checklist
TPN launched a real estate commission calculator, a printable co-agent agreement checklist and a printable property viewing checklist, all free, browser-based and usable without a TPN account.
The commission calculator at thaipropertiesnetwork.com/real-estate-commission-calculator models a sale or rental commission and splits the result between the listing side and the client side; the calculation runs locally in the browser and nothing is uploaded.
The co-agent agreement checklist at /co-agent-agreement-checklist and the property viewing checklist at /property-viewing-checklist are printable, section-by-section worksheets with a progress tracker. Both state that selections stay in the browser and are not sent to TPN.
