Free co-agent agreement generator launches in the TPN app
TPN added a free co-agent agreement generator, reachable from thaipropertiesnetwork.com/co-agent-agreement-generator, that builds a bilingual Thai–English co-broking agreement covering parties, listing, commission split, exclusivity and client protection in the TPN app.
The new landing page at thaipropertiesnetwork.com/co-agent-agreement-generator opens the TPN app, where a form collects both agents' details, the listing, the commission split, an exclusivity setting, a client-protection period and VAT treatment, and produces a formatted, bilingual Thai–English agreement.
Like the rental contract generator, it is reachable without an account — a guest can open the co-agent agreement screen in the TPN app without signing in first.
